1. Service Description

EditPDF provides browser-based PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, and converting PDF files. All file processing occurs entirely within your web browser. Files are not uploaded to our servers.

2. Free and Pro Tiers

• Free tier: All tools are available with a limit of 3 files per day and a maximum file size of 25MB.
• Pro tier: Unlimited file processing, up to 100MB file size, and batch processing. Priced at $5/month or $48/year.

3. Payments and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account portal.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel your Pro subscription within 7 days of being charged, we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at sandeepsaluru99@gmail.com.

If we discontinue the service, all active Pro subscribers will receive a full refund for their remaining subscription period.

5. Your Files and Data

You retain full ownership of all files you process using our tools. Since all processing happens in your browser, we never have access to your files. We do not store, copy, or transmit your files in any way.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any files you use with our tools. Since files are processed locally, enforcement is on your end — we simply provide the tool.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Since the core processing happens in your browser, the service may work even when our website experiences downtime, as long as the page has been loaded.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss or damage resulting from your use of the service. Since files are processed locally in your browser, we recommend keeping original copies of your files before processing.

9. Cancellation and Service Shutdown

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. If we decide to shut down the service, we will provide at least 30 days notice to all Pro subscribers and refund any remaining subscription balance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
